The mission of the NRMHA is to provide decent, safe, and affordable housing
for low and moderate income residents of New Rochelle. The NRMHA works to
create and sustain viable neighborhoods where residents can grow and prosper.
The New Rochelle Municipal Housing Authority (NRMHA) has been providing affordable housing to its community for over sixty years. Established in 1941, we have successfully pursued opportunities to make housing more accessible to low-income residents of the City of New Rochelle. 800 families are currently living in NRMHA communities throughout the city. We're proud to say that our affordable housing touches the lives of many New Rochelle residents from the seniors, young families and residents with special needs. We invite you to continue your visit to our website and see the opportunities and services that the NRMHA provides.
